Q: Can my light be used under water?
A: Unfortunately the lights are not designed to be submerged, however, they are splash resistant and resistant to rain.
Q: Can I purchase a spare battery?
A: Yes, of course. If you buy our batteries at the same time as buying a brand new light, we can give you a special discount price. Please see our accessories page.
Q: Where can I get my light repaired?
A: We can repair your lights, free of charge. We offer a ‘no-labour charge’ repair service where we thoroughly test your lights and then let you know how we can fix them for you. Our lights come with a 12 month guarantee for parts, and a 6 month guarantee for bulbs. Please see our services page for more details.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Delivery is usually between 1-3 days from receipt of payment (UK only),export orders can vary. For more details please call us on 01526 323000 or email on email@example.com
Q: Where are the lamps made?
A: We manufacture the Dragon Lights in Wellingore, Lincolnshire, UK. All our lights are made and sent to you from here. There are no call centers to contend with, so we offer a ‘no-hassle’ service.
Q: How can I be assured that your product will suit my needs?
A: For over thirty years the Dragon brand has supplied the UK Police, Fire Services, MOD and Government. They are made using standard aerospace connections and designed to be rugged and reliable.
